On being from Georgia: I am the Visual Disk Jockey for mornings on 99x.com from 6am – 10am Monday through Friday.I was born and raised a Georgia Peach and went to grade school and high school in Georgia. I have been in Atlanta for nearly all my life. My two wonderful parents moved from Pennsylvania down to Georgia before I was born so you could kind of say I am a damn Yankee by default, but I LOVE the South. On my personality: I’m known for being very theatrical and using people as my personal jungle gym - I can’t stand sitting still. Being a blond girl with dyslexia and ADD, I find it very easy to laugh at myself. I really don’t like talking about myself, but I would like to say that I have a keen sense of humor and normally my mind is in the gutter - He He He He : )- I enjoy the shock factor in life like going skydiving. I definitely think people need the truth sometimes. I attended college where most people vacation, College of Charleston. I really miss my horrible attempts at surfing. On Atlanta:
Atlanta is amazing for the bad ass music and concerts, Screen on the Green, Park Tavern, the Braves, Thrashers, Hawks, Lake Lainer, trying out new restaurants, the shopping, the Atlanta skyline, the night life and the majestic people of Atlanta. Atlanta is a melting pot of different types of culture and people and I really identify with this hot city. I am very proud to be working for 99x.com and I am very proud to make it my new home since I grew up listening to this station. |
