I changed my name, phone number, address or email.  There are three ways to let us know that you have changed your personal information. Via the web log-in (coming soon) and update your 99X.com Freeloader information, you can send us an email at freeloader@99x.com or give us a call at 404-497-4813.

I lost my card.  We've heard everything from "my dog ate my card," or "My Mom stole it." Whatever your reason, we want you to have your I AM 99X.com card. To receive a new card, you can come here to the website and request one (coming soon), you can send us an email at freeloader@99x.com or give us a call at 404-497-4813.

I have applied for a card but never got it.  You won't receive a card in the mail, you should be printing out your card when you sign-up to be a Freeloader.  If you missed it and didn't do this you can come back here to reprint your card. This can be done three ways. You can go to the Freeloader page and request a replacement card, you can send us an email at freeloader@99x.com or give us a call at 404-497-4813.
