Smashing Pumpkins have been putting out new tunes lately and offering them up as free downloads on SmashingPumpkins.com. Here's what Billy had to say about 2010 and their new 44 track (!) album Teargarden By Kaleidyscope.

"We have 5 songs mixed and another song is tracked and ready to be mixed. Song number 2 should be ready for download within the next 2 weeks. (entitled "Widow Wake My Mind" and available now) I will let you know when we have a solid date."

They have also announced a new record label:
